Workplace by OS33 is a leading cloud security and compliance platform for financial industry professionals. Through their platform, clients enable staff members to do their work safely and securely. Sensitive data is protected at all times and devices are kept compliant in accordance with industry regulations. As part of the product team, I was responsible for UX writing and worked hand in hand with designers to whiteboard through user stories and new feature initiatives. Also working with research, the goal is always to refine the product in order to provide the most efficient and enjoyable user experience.

We developed a Quickstart Guide for Company Managers so they can quickly onboard. Company Managers are those in the organization that manage access and capabilities for other staff using the platform. They have additional insights, functionality and decision making privileges that regular users don’t. These are screens from the guide, though the flow can be dependent on choices the user makes during the process.
